| Description: |
The Municipality of Central Elgin is seeking qualified engineering consultants to undertake a Schedule B Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA) and complete preliminary design services to identify and support the preferred solution for a trunk watermain connection to the Elgin Area Primary Supply Line, including a new water storage tank and booster pumping station to service the redevelopment of the hospital lands. The study shall also consider the future looping of the watermain to the hamlet of Union and provide a service to the Township of Southwold. Please refer to the RFP documents for further details. The Municipality has opened a Data Vault for proponents to access documents that are relevant to the project. Access to the data vault will be granted only upon receipt of an executed Non‑Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which is available on the Bids & Tenders portal as Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Data Vault_CE-2026-104_FINAL. A signed copy of the Non‑Disclosure Agreement must be emailed to the Procurement Lead at nreis@centralelgin.org in order to obtain access to the data vault.
