The objective of this Request for Proposal’s is to retain a Consultant to complete a Stormwater Management Master Plan (SWMMP) and Municipal Class Environmental Assessment for The Municipality of Central Elgin for West Port Stanley – being west of Kettle Creek within the Main Beach area. This master plan shall form the basis for Municipality of Central Elgin Staff, Developers, Consultants, etc. to rely on for guidance when replacing, changing, upgrading and expanding the existing stormwater system in West Port StanleyThe attached Information Package provides guidelines for the preparation of the Bid Submission (Proposal, Detailed Work Plan and Upset Budget), and identifies the anticipated services required.
Anticipated start in April 2023, with assignment completion in March 2024.
