Description: 

The Municipality of Central Elgin is accepting proposals from interested parties to acquire the Site. The Municipality is taking steps to update its planning documents that apply to the Site and is ready to provide a premium service level in processing applications and permits to facilitate early development.  Central Elgin and the Province are highly invested in the successful development of the Site to meet the present and longer-term needs of the growing Municipality. Please refer to the RFP documents for further details.

The Municipality has opened a data room for proponents to access documents that are relevant to the Site. Access to the data room will be granted only upon receipt of an executed Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which is included in the RFP document as Schedule 6.7 Non Disclosure Agreement.
Bid Document Access:  Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge. Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents.
