The Municipality of Central Elgin is inviting bids for the construction of the 7th Avenue Drain in the Community of Belmont as outlined in the attached documents.

The start date for this project is flexible based on the contractors schedule. Once started, the contractor will have 25 continuous working days to complete the project.  All work must be complete by November 1, 2024.
